Create beautiful chocolate and cake & cupcake toppers.

Cocoa butter design is printed on clear acetate,

Can be cut down to size or use whole

To use: Spread melted chocolate evenly over the acetate, wait about 5 minutes (depending on room temperature) until the chocolate is nearly set but leaves a fingerprint behind when touched.

Cut the chocolate into the shape/size you need with a knife or cookie cutter.

Place in the refrigerator until completely set then peel off the acetate leaving the print behind.

The sheets are clear and the image here shows the transfers used on dark chocolate, if used on milk or white chocolate the background will be the colour of the chocolate used.

For cupcakes the chocolate can be cut and used in place of a sugarpaste disc, laid flat or placed at an angle on a buttercream swirl, very effective.

To apply to sugarpaste, roll out sugarpaste to desired shape lay chocolate transfer sheet on the sugarpaste, cocoa butter side down. Gently apply heat with a hair dryer whilst gently smoothing with your hand, when enough heat has been applied to warm the sheet but not melt the sugarpaste, place in the refrigerator until set and then peel the transfer sheet away leaving the pattern on the sugarpaste.
